MAPLE SYRUP FESTIVAL – Springwater Conservation Area – March 10th, 2025 10am to 2:30pm

I have been contacted by Al Bradford from Catfish Creek Conservation Authority (CCCA) about having an information tent at the Maple Syrup Festival at Springwater Conservation Area on Monday March 10th from 10am to 230pm.  I have agreed to go ahead with it as I feel this is a good opportunity for us to let the community know about the Club and what we do.  Nature Walks, indoor meetings, birding etc.  CCCA will be giving away bluebird boxes and have also booked a Birds of Prey display for that day so that will bring a few people out.  This will be an outdoor event, but Catfish will provide a pavilion or tent, or we could use our own.  This will be during March Break for students and also during the Swan Viewing at Aylmer but is just a one-day event for us.
